Where to Eat at Sapphire Beach

Six kitchens on one beach and you can walk to every one of them.
You can eat every meal of your week without starting a car. That is rarer on this island than it sounds and again why I continuously say, "You almost never need to leave if you're staying at Sapphire."

Six kitchens, all within a walk. Coffee at seven, pizza at noon, and champagne with a view in the evening. Plus a party every Sunday and another one on every full moon.
This page runs by meal rather than by restaurant, because the question is never "what is good here." It is "it is Tuesday and it is 7pm, where do we go?"

The earliest coffee on the beach and the best hour of the day to claim it. Breakfast sandwiches, pastries and smoothies through the morning, then ice cream all afternoon for when it's super hot and it is often super hot!
A twelve dollar breakfast that is a real breakfast, cooked by people who will know your order by day three. This is the place to go when the power goes out and when there's a Caribbean "Snow Day." Family vibes and real, good food.
Chicken & waffles and mimosas with the most incredible ocean view, one day a week. Put it on the calendar before you fly down, because Saturday is the day everybody staying here works out the same thing.

Fish tacos and the bacon cheese dog. Those are my top two favorites here. You can eat either one without finding your shoes. Happy hour starts right after you get some good food in your stomach.

BEST pizza on island and I will happily argue about it with anybody. Open ten to eight every single day of the week, which makes it the answer on a Monday and the answer when nobody can agree on anything else. Say hi to Yahya and Andy for us!

Full Moon Party
Live music on the beach every Sunday afternoon with the sun going down behind the band. This is the one afternoon a week the beach turns into a party for locals and island visitors. Entry is free and so is the fun.
DJ Cypha, moko jumbies and fire dancers on the sand under a full moon. It is the best night this beach does all month and it happens right on schedule so you can play your week or month around it...a definite "don't miss!"

Pick the day
Cabanas run any day the beach is open, not only party days. Sapphire Sunday and full moon nights are the two that go first and I would plan ahead for those.

Show up barefoot
Lounge seating under a canopy, on the sand, facing the bay. Food and drinks come from the Beach Bar so you never have to move once you are in it.

All of this IS published. It sits on the About page of STRG's website, which is why it's hard to find and why this question gets asked all the time. A cabana is the difference between a good Sapphire Sunday and a great one. By four in the afternoon the shade is gone and everybody without one is hunkering down inside Beach Bar.
